Coaches, 

Welcome to the annual State of CT AAU Basketball Tournament. All games are at Bulkley and Weaver HS. 
This weekend we will host the U11-U16 Division II and the U17 Division I National Qualifiers. 
Games will be played this Saturday May 3rd and Sunday May 4th. 
All coaches must sign in 30 minutes BEFORE the start of their first game! 
Failure to do so, may result in a forfeit. 

All rules will be enforced, rules can be found at www.ctgold.com 

Missing paper work: If you plan to turn in paper work the day of the tournament, be prepared to pay a 
$50.00 late fee, per team/maximum is $200.00 per club. 

A few reminders: 

1. DRESS CODE will be enforced. Please read the 2008 AAU Boys Basketball Rules, which can be found in the 
registration package @ www.ctgold.com 

2. Scoresheets can NOT Be altered, except by the Site Directors. You will meet them as you register. 

3. The higher seeded team shall be the home team and wear white. 

4. There are no 'what if games'. The final game is the championship game. 

Please remember to be a positive role model for all of the student-athletes, parents and fans.

- Who is CT Gold? -

Connecticut Gold was organized in 1998 by Kevin Kehoe and Dave Lewis.  Current coaches include:

Kevin Kehoe - Connecticut AAU Boys Basketball Chairman, Head Coach Boys u11, Girls u14.  Head coach of boys u17 team from 1998-2006.
John Zito - Head Coach Boys u17
Jerry Quinn - Girls u16: Boys Head Coach at St. Thomas More in Oakdale, CT
Chris Wallack - Asst. Coach Girls u14: Head Coach and Athletic Director at Country School in Madison, CT

- CT Gold's Season -

Each team participates in 10-12 tournaments during the spring, early summer and fall periods. Tournaments are selected based on the competition, player exposure and tournament quality. Each team will practice 1-2 times each week at sites determined by the coaches. All of our coaches have significant experience in basketball at the high school and prep school levels and we emphasize skill development, team play and educational preparedness.
